As individuals become older we often find ourselves unable or unwilling to take care of all the day to day problems and tasks associatioed with an independent lifestyle. Our job at Life Managment Advisors is to help individuals manage these tasks allowing more time to enjoy family and the activities of retirement.


The Villages, Florida

T. Keith Waldrip – Territory Manager

Keith is a native of Montgomery, AL but has resided in Jacksonville, FL since 1991. He is a proud graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Accounting. While attending Auburn University he followed his passion and was a member of the varsity golf team. He worked in the banking community as a corporate loan officer with an emphasis on commercial real estate for 15 years. In 2001, Keith followed his second passion…real estate. He joined Watson Realty Corp. where he established The Waldrip Group. As in any business, Keith believes you must deliver quality service, excellent communication, superior knowledge and innovative techniques . While with Watson Realty Corp., Keith has consistently been a Top Producer and a Top Lister.

Keith assisted his parents with their relocation to The Villages, FL in 2006. He was a little skeptical about their move away from their family and friends but it did not take long for him to realize it was absolutely the right choice. In 2009, Keith’s life was forever altered. His father and best friend died after a brief illness. His mother, after 50 years of marriage, was alone in a new place for the first time in her life. Through this process Keith discovered Life Management Advisors and was so impressed with its services that he joined the company. He will use his life experiences and compassion to assist an aging population retain their independence. He looks forward to sharing with the residents of The Villages the services offered by Life Management Advisors.

Carolyn Brennan

Carolyn Brennan has joined Life Management Advisors in our satellite office in The Villages, Florida. She is a registered nurse and has had a very active and diversified career in nursing and beyond. From cardiac care units to head nurse responsibilities, to school nurse, she found time to provide quality private duty nursing care as well. Carolyn personifies the term multitasking having raised five children and being very involved in their school curriculum and all of their extracurricular activities. She has owned and managed five gourmet coffee retail stores in three states. She served as president of the Franklin Lakes, NJ newcomers association, president of the Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl. ladies golf group, and vice president of the Oakland Hills ladies golf group in Bloomfield Hills, Mi. Carolyn is the proud grandmother of thirteen grandchildren with one more on the way. She enjoys golf, traveling and reading in her spare time.

Dan Brennan

Dan Brennan joins Life Management Advisors in our satellite office in The Villages, Florida. Dan is a Certified Public Accountant who worked 32 years for KPMG Peat Marwick, one of the world’s largest accounting firms. During this time he became Managing partner of the Hackensack NJ office, served as partner in charge of the audit practice in Detroit, MI, became the firm’s chief financial officer in Montvale, NJ and sat on the firm’s management committee, and headed up a new consulting practice for the firm involving quality control. He was partner in charge of some of the firm’s largest international clients which required significant international travel. Dan graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ with honors. Since his retirement he has been involved with real estate investing and part ownership of a sports outerwear company. He married Carolyn, his high school sweetheart. They have 5 children and 13 grandchildren.
