Heather Bayfield- President
Heather Bayfield is the founder and President of Life Management Advisors and Care Management Advisors. Before starting Life Management Advisors in 2002, Heather worked as a Trust Officer for SunTrust Bank in Ponte Vedra Beach and was responsible for the administration of personal trust accounts, charitable trusts, estates, investment management accounts, IRAs, guardianships, perpetual care trusts and foundations. She graduated from Florida Graduate Trust School and earned the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor in 2001. Prior to joining SunTrust she was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch where she earned Series 7, 63, 65 and Insurance licenses. Heather is an honors graduate from Sweet Briar College in Virginia. She and her husband, Russ, and their two sons live in Neptune Beach. Outside work, Heather enjoys tennis, scuba diving and snorkeling and any travel she can fit in with her family and friends.

Donna has been with LMA since 2011. She is originally from the Chicagoland area where she began her career as a trust officer at a small community bank in Oak Park, Illinois. After several years with that bank, she moved on to help develop a trust department for another community bank which later became Harris Bank Palatine. Most recently, Donna worked as the Senior Trust Officer and Liaison with clients, families, professionals and charities at a privately held wealth management trust company in Ponte Vedra Beach. Donna has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Flagler College, completed the Cannon Financial Institute Personal Trust School and the College for Financial Planning Certified Financial Planner Curriculum. Donna is married to Roger Kaman and has two grown sons, Thomas and Sam. She works out at F-45 gym every day, volunteers at church and local charities and has been a member of the St. Augustine Lions Club since 2012. She is an avid runner and reader, she volunteers at church and local charities, and loves to go to the beach with her family.

Suzette has been with Life Management Advisors since 2008, assisting clients from 19 to 99 years of age. Through-out her financial career Suzette has worked in the Trust Departments of Sovran, Central Fidelity and Barnett Bank, handling the daily administration of charitable trusts, investment management accounts, revocable trusts and foundations. She has also worked for three investment advisory firms and a privately held wealth management trust company executing trades, preparing client account tax information, processing payroll & accounts payable. Suzette graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science and has completed several trust courses with Cannon Financial Institute. Services as a court appointed Guardian Advocate for two LMA clients. She has also been recruited to be treasurer of the Westside Soccer Club when her girls played and serviced as treasurer of the First Coast Koi Club. Suzette lives in Ortega with her husband William and has two daughters Morgan & Nikki. When away from work she loves to relax by her Koi pond, read, garden, scuba dive, snow & water ski, volunteer at her church, and to especially play with her four grandchildren.

Amanda has been with Life Management Advisors, Inc. since 2014 and comes to us with years of office management experience specializing in business growth and development. Amanda studied business courses throughout her schooling career focusing on office management and public speaking. Amanda has continued to further her education in project management, organizational skills and time management. She spent several years studying Russian language and culture, but has recently made the change to learning French in the hopes of pursuing her dreams of traveling to France. Amanda is a published poet and was the youngest member of the Jacksonville Poetry Society of America at the age of 14. Amanda is an avid reader and especially enjoys reading biographies. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter Madison at Disney World and collecting sea shells at the beach. She spends her free time with her church and assists with several volunteer projects.
